Implants

Implants are the state of the art procedure to replace missing teeth permanently.  The procedure involves placing a titanium fixture in the bone and then placing a crown or bridge or denture over one or more implants. One of the advantages of placing an implant is that no other teeth are used, unlike a bridge which requires the dentist to cut at least one tooth on either side of the missing tooth.  With the right circumstances and sufficient bone, the surgery and placement of the crown, bridge or denture can all be done in our office.  With more involved situations, we work with some talented specialists to meet your needs.
